DANIEL FILIPPI
Daniel Filippi is the Executive Director and founder of Uyoga Investments, a company he established in 2004 to formalize property investments, sales and property-related services. He began investing and developing residential real estate properties in the upmarket area of Bloubergstrand in Cape Town during the late 1990s. Daniel was also a founding member of Richmond Park, a R3 billion mixed-use development. He was instrumental in concluding a deal with the community landowners in 2008 as part of a commercial restitution development for the benefit of 401 families and commercial partners. Additionally, he played a key role in the development of Protea Village as a founding member.
